CEO
Mike started his career conducting research in Japan on the computer simulation of quantum effect transistors. He then spent 10 years as a derivatives quant and trader at Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital.

Mike received a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales and an MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program in Hong Kong.

Matt has over 15 years of experience of cyber industry leadership.

He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a distinguished officer in the United States Air Force with a focus on cyber security solutions for defense and cloud supporting national protection objectives for mission and information assurance.

Jim has over 20 years of corporate and business development experience for private and public enterprise computing companies delivering over $3BN in M&A and new business contracts.

He was previously a founder of S2 Global a government services provider which reached more than $800 million in outsourcing contracts in under 5 years and is now a critical asset integrated into OSI Rapiscan.

Dr Ahto
Buldas

Chief Scientist
Ahto holds the chair of Information Security at the Tallinn University of Technology and is the lead inventor of KSI technology. He has published over 30 papers in the field of cryptography.

In 1996 Ahto was part of the original team that developed the legal basis for the Digital Signature Law in Estonia using ID cards with RSA digital signatures that was accepted by the parliament of Estonia in 2000.

Pearce

Director, Intellectual Property
Jeff has more than 25 years of experience handling all aspects of intellectual property at law firms in Europe / US as well as in-house in MNC-s. While managing IP program at VMware, Jeff wrote key patents for the company’s highly profitable modern virtual machine technology. 

Jeff has degrees in Mathematics from the University of Uppsala, an M.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, and a JD from UCLA School of Law.

Matusow

Corporate Treasurer
Bart has 20 years of experience in the financial industry - covering money markets, commercial paper, foreign exchange, corporate bonds, and derivatives. Previously he was a Director at Credit Suisse.

Bart received a Bachelor´s degree in Economics and English from Rutgers University.

Eraj
Shirvani

Mr. Shirvani is Head of Fixed Income for EMEA and Head of the European Credit Business. Mr. Shirvani is a member of the Bank´s EMEA Operating Committee, Fixed Income Division Operating Committee and co-chairs the Global Derivatives Committee.

Mr. Shirvani is also a Board member for the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and represents Credit Suisse on the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation´s MarkIt-Serv Board. He has been serving on the ISDA Board for eight years, during which he also served a three-year term as Chairman.

Piesse

An Asia Pacific ambassador for the International Insurance Society, Mr Piesse  has a 30-year global career combining risk management, information technology, and financial services. 

As a specialist in micro-insurance he co-founded the Asia Insurance Review micro-insurance conference, a founder charter member of the Microinsurance Reinsurance Round Table in Singapore (M1RT) and has led many initiatives to establish insurance distribution channels to the rural areas, notably in China and India.

Kiyotaka

Fujii-san has over 30 years of international executive management experience.

Mr Kiyotaka has been a Director of Hailo LLC since February 2013 and is serving as an Outside Director of Olympus Corporation since april 2012. Previously he has served as President and CEO of SAP Japan, President of Cadence Design Systems, and President and CEO of the Japanese subsidiary of French luxury retailer Louis Vuitton.
 
Fujii-san has authored "Global Mind," one of the top-selling business books in the Japanese language. 

Merike
Kaeo

Security evangelist at IID, leading the company’s information sharing and collaboration partnerships. Mrs Kaeo actively participates in key government and Internet policy meetings, having contributed to the US Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council (CSRIC) and been appointed to the ICANN Security and Stability Advisory Council (SSAC). 

Prior to joining IID, Mrs Kaeo was responsible for the overall data security and services strategy at the Internet Systems Consortium (ISC).

Fälström

Chair of the Security and Stability Advisory Committee at ICANN and Head of Research and Development at Netnod. 

Mr Fältström is an Advisor to the IT Minister of Sweden and Chair of the Board of the Swedish Network Users Society. Mr Fältström has for many years been active in Internet Standardization. By being a very active participant and appointment to the leadership of international organizations like ISOC, IETF, and RIPE.

Gerhards

Chief software engineer at Adiscon GmbH and author of the rsyslog logging daemon, currently the de facto standard for logging on linux. 

A recognized industry leader Mr Gerhards has over 20 years experience in logging, having led the IETF standardization effort culminating in syslog RFC 5424.

Helger
Lipmaa

Senior Researcher at the University of Tartu where his main research interest is the design of efficient yet provably secure cryptographic protocols. 

Mr Lipmaa was previously  a Professor at Helsinki University of Technology and has over 15 years experience in cryptographic research.

Nicolas

Director of Product Strategy at Scality, Nicolas is a recognized storage industry expert with 20 years of experience having occupied various positions at Condor Consulting Group, KerStor, Brocade, Symantec, Veritas, SGI and Compaq. 

Mr Nicolas He received in 2005 the "Outstanding Service Award", from the SNIA Europe, for his industry and association contribution and is a founding member of SNIA Cloud Storage Initiative.
