|Mike started his career conducting research in Japan on the computer simulation of quantum effect transistors. He then spent 10 years as a derivatives quant and trader at Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital.|
Mike received a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales and an MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program in Hong Kong.

He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a distinguished veteran of the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations, where he served as a Special Agent focusing on cyber security, cloud, weapons development, intelligence, and related-security operations. |
Previously, Matthew lead the innovation and incubation initiatives in data security, cyber-forensics, security information and event management, and active defense as a Director for CACI’s (NYSE: CACI) National Security Cyber Group; and most recently served as a Vice President of Strategy and Mission Assurance for Modern Technology Solutions Ltd in Alexandria, VA.

Most recently Jim was in charge of Asia Field Operations for Joyent, a cloud systems vendor where he pioneered the introduction of DBOT (Design, Build, Operate, Transfer) cloud services for Mobile Carriers.

|Ahto holds the chair of Information Security at the Tallinn University of Technology and is the lead inventor of KSI technology. He has published over 30 papers in the field of cryptography. |
In 1996 Ahto was part of the original team that developed the legal basis for the Digital Signature Law in Estonia using ID cards with RSA digital signatures that was accepted by the parliament of Estonia in 2000.
He was also one of the main architects of the timestamping and notarization solutions supporting the top-level server (held by the Ministry of Transport and Communication) of the Estonian digital signature infrastructure.
Ahto received a Ph.D. in Exact Sciences from Tallinn University of Technology.

He co-founded and was a CEO of Artec Group, the leading provider of electrical engineering services with customers ranging from STMicroelectronics to National Semiconductor. Under Poola's supervision, Artec developed a Geode SoC-based ThinCan product line; reference design was adopted also by Linutop, a device that revolutionized thin-computing in 2006.
